Who we are
CERCLE JUNIOR™ is a children's discovery, creativity, entrepreneurship and lifestyle brand for families. This policy covers the coming-soon page at cerclejunior.com.
For any privacy question or request, write to hello@cerclejunior.com.
Children's privacy
This page is for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the mailing list is for adults only. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
What we collect
If you join the mailing list, we collect your email address and the date and time you signed up. Joining means you agree to receive an email when CERCLE JUNIOR launches. We do not ask for a name, a child's details or any other personal information.
How we use it
We use your email address only to tell you when CERCLE JUNIOR launches. We do not sell it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Our email service
Your email address is received and stored by Mailchimp, the email service we use to keep our list and send our messages. Mailchimp may also record technical information, such as your IP address, when you sign up. It handles that information under its own privacy policy. If you sign up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your address before you are added to the list.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
This page does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Its fonts are served from this website, not from another company. Our website host, Netlify, may keep ordinary server records, such as IP addresses, for security and to run the service.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your requests
To see, correct or delete your information, write to hello@cerclejunior.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as CERCLE JUNIOR™ grows. We will post the new version here with a new date.
